The China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC), established in 1988, is China’s national chamber of commerce representing the country in the work of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Its main responsibilities include promoting economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries, representing the interests and concerns of the Chinese business community before international organizations and Chinese and foreign government authorities, participating in the formulation and promotion of international economic and trade rules, and actively advocating corporate social responsibility and public welfare initiatives within the business community.
