Xiamen, Mar 28 - 2025, the Maritime Silk Road Arbitration Legal Forum: Series on Safeguarding Enterprises Global Expansion themed “Legal Risk Prevention and Dispute Resolution for Trade and Investment in the Middle East" was successfully held in Xiamen. The event was co-organized by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Fujian Sub-Commission and other institutions, with support from the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office. Over 80 representatives from enterprises and law firms within and outside Fujian Province attended the seminar.
The event provided valuable legal insights and risk mitigation strategies, deepening participants’ understanding of the investment landscape in the Middle East. Looking forward, ICDPASO will continue to offer comprehensive legal support to enterprises, enhancing compliance in cross-border investments and effectively addressing legal challenges in Middle Eastern markets.
