The industrial finance seminar co-hosted by the Asian Financial Cooperation Association (AFCA, Member of ICDPASO Council) and the ICDPASO was held successfully on June 28, 2023. With the theme of "International Syndicated Loan Business Innovation and Risk Management", the seminar was hosted by CUI Xisu, Senior Manager of Business Department of China Construction Bank. LIU Chao, Secretary General of the ICDPASO and ZHAO Xianfeng, Deputy Secretary General of the AFCA, delivered opening speeches for the seminar.
ZHANG Mingsheng, Senior Manager of Investment Banking Department/Cross-border Investment Banking Department of Agricultural Bank of China, and MA Feng, Partner of King & Wood Mallesons, delivered keynote speeches respectively, sharing experiences on the international syndicated loan business market and innovative products, and international syndicated loan business legal risk management. At discussion session, participants discussed in depth the case of international syndicated loan business helping enterprises to "going global and bringing in", difficulties faced by the development of international syndicated loan business and other topics, agreed to integrate industry strengths to jointly help the international syndicated loan business flourish in the future.
