Recently, International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) Representative Office (Xiamen) hosted a series of activities entitled “Legal Services Entering Thousands of Enterprises and Benefiting Thousands of Enterprises”, which welcomed the enterprise representatives of Xiamen Enterprise and Entrepreneur Federation member as well as the media delegation from the Fujian Provincial Party Committee's political and legal affairs commission.
Mr. WU Shaoying, senior consultant of Representative Office (Xiamen) introduced to the delegations about the background of ICDPASO, advantages of business resources and as well as the operation of the Representative Office (Xiamen) since its establishment on its receipt of legal cases and the legal services activities for cross-border enterprises.
Mr. WU Shaoying had the great interraction with delegations after the talks. The representatives said that the establishment of the ICDPASO Representative Office (Xiamen) will greatly help the export-oriented enterprises in Fujian Province to cope with the international business risks. It is expected that the legal services activies for cross-border enterprise of the ICDPASO will benefit more enterprises, and every party will work together to build a modern and international highland for the rule of law.
Next, the ICDPASO Representative Office (Xiamen) will continue to carry out the “Fujian Tour” in Fuzhou, Ningde, Sanming and other cities to benefits more cross-border enterprises.
