BEIJING, Jul.17, 2025 - Mr. QIU Jian, President of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Xiamen Sub-council (CCPIT Xiamen), visited the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO). Mr. Jason CHIA, the Secretary General of ICDPASO, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and expressed his gratitude to CCPIT Xiamen for the strong support for ICDPASO and its Xiamen Representative Office. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics, including Fujian Province’s distinctive advantages in cross-strait relations, commercial legal service needs, expert resources sharing, formulation of innovative rules, case handling procedures, the establishment of the innovative legal service platform, and the provision of one-stop legal services for enterprises.
