Macau, June 12, 2025 - A delegation led by Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization, visited the Macao Legal Affairs Bureau.
Mr. Qiu Xianzhe, Deputy Director of the Macau Legal Affairs Bureau, Ms. Wu Yanxiang, Director of the Department of International and Inter-regional Legal Affairs, and Mr. Chen Zhiyang, Director of the Department of Legal Promotion and Public Relations attended the meeting. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on key topics, including aligning international commercial dispute prevention mechanisms, enhancing practical competencies and global perspectives of regional legal talents, and supporting economic and trade exchanges between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. In the future, the two sides will continue to deepen cooperation through diversified approaches, including resource integration and talents exchange, to comprehensively enhance the professionalism and internationalization of commercial legal services in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
