BEIJING, June 9, 2025 - A delegation led by Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), visited the All China Lawyers Association (ICDPASO Council Member).
Ms. LIU Chunxia, Secretary-General of the All China Lawyers Association, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from ICDPASO. Secretary-General Mr. Jason CHIA outlined the recent progress made by the ICDPASO in areas such as member cooperation, rule-making, dispute prevention and resolution, and participation in global governance, and the direction of its future development. The two sides exchanged views on topics including joint training sessions, co-hosting events, expert recommendations, and international legal service cooperation. Both parties agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism to deepen collaboration in cross-border dispute resolution, legal talent cultivation, and other fields, jointly building an exchanges and cooperation platform between legal and commecial communities.
