Xiamen, May 8, 2025 - Director of the Xiamen Arbitration Commission, WANG Chengquan,and Executive Vice Director and Secretary-General, ZHANG Yusheng, visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization(ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative office. Both parties held in-depth discussion aimed at enhancing collaborative mechanism in international commercial dispute resolution.
WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of the ICDPASO (Xiamen) Representative Office introduced the dispute prevention framework, core business and practice-based case experience. He highlighted the unique advantage of the ICDPASO as an international neutral third-party institution. Leveraging its global membership network, six strategic competencies, and worldwide expert resources, ICDPASO provides enterprises with efficient and innovative approaches to dispute resolution. WANG Chengquan commended the outstanding accomplishments made by the Xiamen Representative Office since its establishment, and expecting anticipation for enhanced collaboration to deliver diversified legal protections for enterprises and facilitate broader international commercial cooperation. Both sides agree to deepen communication and collaboration in order to jointly address increasingly complex international commercial disputes and foster the stability and development of international trade order.
