On 12 December 2024, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) visited the Embassy of Nicaragua in China and met with Minister Counselor Ramiro Cruz Flores and Commercial Counsellor Humberto Javier Collado. The two sides carried out in-depth exchanges and reached a consensus on cooperation on topics of case transfer, expert recommendation and holding events. Both sides agreed to actively promote cooperation in the field of commercial dispute prevention and resolution, and provide more professional legal services and support for cross-border trade between China and Nicaragua.
