On 23 August 2024, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) visited Mr. Adam Dunnett, Secretary General of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC).
Ms. SHEN Peilan introduced the background of the establishment, business scope, member profiles and recent development of the ICDPASO. Mr. Adam Dunnett warmly welcomed Ms. SHEN Peilan and was briefed in detail on the Secretariat's work of dispute prevention, mediation and arbitration. The two sides had in-depth exchanges and reached a consensus on cooperation in the areas of intellectual property mediation, training and activities, and sharing of expert resources. In the future, ICDPASO will work together with the EUCCC to promote economic cooperation and exchanges between China and Europe, and to provide legal services and support to European enterprises in China.
