Recently, Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) held a meeting with the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC, ICDPASO member) in Beijing.
Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary-General of the ICDPASO, and Mr. Houssam Bahariya, Deputy Secretary-General of the FEDCOC, had an in-depth discussion on the prevention and settlement of international commercial disputes in the Egyptian and African regions, and future cooperation. The two sides also reached a consensus on cooperation in terms of holding professional seminars, expert recommendation and case transmission. Both sides agreed that they will continue to deepen cooperation and work together to provide convenient and efficient legal services for cross-border enterprises in China and Africa, to help them have a smooth operation and promote the development of economic and trade co-operation to a deeper and wider level.
