On June21, 2024, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), held an online member liaison meeting with Mr. Marco Bettin, the Director General of the Italy China Council Foundation (ICCF, member of ICDPASO Supervisory Committee).
The Secretariat briefed the ICCF on the latest operation of ICDPASO, and the ICCF expressed its appreciation for the progress made by the secretariat. After that, the two sides discussed possible future cooperation projects and reached a consensus on cooperation in holding webinars, providing member enterprises with legal consultation, mediation and arbitration services, and promoting ICDPASO in Italy. In the future, the two sides will make full use of the advantages of expert resources and member networks and establish a cooperation mechanism to help rebuild trust between enterprises, and jointly provide Chinese and Italian enterprises with more high-quality and efficient legal services.
