On June 12, 2024, the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) online participated in the fourth meeting of Business 20 (B20) Integrity & Compliance task force. At the meeting, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the ICDPASO, discussed with members of the task force and experts from various countries on the fourth draft of the policy paper. Ms. SHEN Peilan indicated that compared with the previous drafts of policy paper, the fourth draft emphasizes more on the importance of prevention, which will be conducive to raising the awareness of prevention, taking more preventive measures to establish a robust integrity system, and building a foundation for a sustainable governance system.
