On May 15, 2024, the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) online participated in the third meeting of Business 20 (B20) Integrity & Compliance task force. At the meeting, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the ICDPASO, demonstrated and discussed with members of the task force and experts from various countries on the modifications in the third draft of the policy paper. Ms. SHEN Peilan commented that prevention, as a cost-effective and efficient method, is helpful in building a sustainable and stable integrity system, and we should emphasize the importance of prevention and take more measures to incentivize prevention, so as to provide a strong guarantee for sustainable governance.
