China International Contractors Association (CHINCA, ICDPASO Supervisory Committee member) and the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) recently held a member liaison meeting. Mr. FANG Qiuchen, Chairman of the CHINCA, Director Mr. MI Jindi, Deputy Director Ms. ZHANG Fang, and Senior Manager Ms. LIU Jing of CHINCA’s Membership and Training Department, and Dr. LIU Chao, Secretary General of ICDPASO attended the meeting.
Mr. FANG Qiuchen, Chairman of CHINCA was briefed on the business development and achievements of the ICDPASO since its establishment, and hoped to carry out practical cooperation in the areas of compliance and ESG system building, forum and training events, and case information exchange with ICDPASO. Dr. LIU Chao, Secretary General of ICDPASO expressed his appreciation of CHINCA for its strong support to the establishment and development of ICDPASO. He said that ICDPASO is willing to strengthen cooperation with the CHINCA to jointly provide quality services for cross-border enterprise dispute resolution and compliance capacity building. The two sides agreed to strengthen interaction and exchange in the future, give full play to the advantages of their respective platforms, and carry out comprehensive cooperation in the prevention and resolution of disputes in international engineering projects, mediator training and certification, and compliance operation of international engineering enterprises, jointly helping international engineering enterprises improve the quality and efficiency of their global business and promote high-quality and sustainable development of global investment and economic cooperation.
