On February 21, 2023, Dr.LIU Chao, Secretary General of the International Commercial Disputes Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), conducted an online meeting with Mr. Agustín, Vice Chairman of the International Department for Asia and Oceania of the Mexican Business Council for Foreign Trade Investment and Technology (COMCE, ICDPASO Council member).
Mr. Agustín was briefed on the operation and achievement of the ICDPASO last two year since its establishment. He expressed that COMCE is highly committed to the concept of “Extensive Consultation, Joint Contribution and Shared Benefits” and COMCE is willing to continue to work together with ICDPASO to develop practical cooperation regards to the conference, training, and recommendation of legal experts. In addition, COMCE attached great importance to the forums on the Global Enterprise 50 (GEC 50), and Global Intellectual Property 50 (GIP 50) launched by ICDPASO, particularly looked forward to promote and invite the participation of Mexican cross-border business.
Dr. LIU Chao expressed his appreciation to the ongoing support of COMCE. He said that ICDPASO will continue take the advantage of platform to provide better legal services for market players, including Mexican Mexico cross-border enterprises, increase information sharing and improve the frequency of interaction, and strengthen cooperation among all parties for key projects, working with COMCE for win-win development.
