In recent days, upon review and approval by the Circular Economy Technical Committee of International Organization for Standardization (ISO/TC323), the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) officially became the Category A liaison with ISO/TC323.
ISO/TC323, established in October 2018, is responsible for international standardization work in the field of circular economy to develop frameworks, guidance, supporting tools and requirements for the implementation of activities of all involved organizations, to maximize the contribution to Sustainable Development. The secretariat is Association française de normalisation(AFNOR). ISO/TC 323 currently has 76 participating members and 20 observing members.The participation of ICDPASO will help promote the development of standardization of circular economy, set up a working platform for ICDPASO members worldwide to participate in international standardization, and promote exchanges and cooperation between ICDPASO members and their countries or regions and ISO/TC323.
In the future, ICDPASO will substantially participate in the work of international standardization of the circular economy, fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of the Category A liaison, contribute wisdom to the formulation of international standards for the circular economy, and strive to create a healthy and sustainable business environment for the global business community.
