Xiamen, June 26, 2025 - The 5th China (Xiamen) International Cross-border E-commerce Expo (ICEIE) was successfully held in Xiamen. Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), was invited to the main forum entitled “Cross-border E-commerce Drives the Innovation and Reconstruction of Global Industry Chain” and delivered a keynote speech on “Risk Prevention and Resolutions Strategies for Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises’ Overseas Expansion”. He pointed out that during the process of globalization, cross-border e-commerce enterprises face multi-dimensional risks, such as environmental protection, labor compliance, market access barriers and intellectual property rights protection. The full chain of risk prevention and control system constructed by ICDPASO deeply integrates the concept of commercial dispute prevention into cross-border e-commerce practice, thereby safeguarding enterprises' smooth overseas expansion.
