ICDPASO Supports Compliance and Legal Risk Prevention Training Event for Enterprises’ International Operations in Jiamusi

Jiamusi, October 26, 2026 - the event titled "Training on Enhancing Enterprises’ International Compliance Capabilities and Legal Risk Prevention" was held. The event was jointly organized by the CCPIT Heilongjiang Sub-Council and the CCPIT Jiamusi Committee, with support from the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Resolution Organization (ICDPASO) and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA).
Ms. YANG Zhaoying, Director of the General Affairs Department of the ICDPASO Secretariat, delivered a specialized lecture on "Building an Integrated Corporate Compliance System and Dispute Prevention Mechanism from an International Perspective." She noted that strengthening the integrated development of corporate compliance systems and dispute prevention mechanisms would enhance enterprises' risk identification and response capabilities and facilitate effective linkage between compliance management and dispute prevention. Ms. LI Lihua, Director of the KOTRA Beijing Representative Office, shared "Korea's Investment Environment and New Models of Investment Cooperation" via video. Mr. LU Chengjun, Partner at DeHeng Law Offices and Construction Dispute Review Expert of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, provided specialized guidance on "Compliance Operations and Legal Risk Prevention in Trade with Russia" based on his extensive practical experience. The training included an interactive Q&A session, where experts engaged face-to-face with enterprise representatives to address specific practical issues encountered by enterprises in international operations.
The event represented a practical service initiative under the legal services program mechanism of the Bilateral Commercial Legal Cooperation Committee, aimed at implementing the requirements of the Memorandum of Understanding on Deepening Cooperation between CCPIT and the Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government. Through thematic presentations, case analysis, and on-site consultations, the event helped enterprises further enhance their capabilities in identifying and addressing international business risks, providing professional and international legal service support for export-oriented enterprises pursuing global expansion.
