Tianjin, September 17, 2026 - The 2026 Automotive Industry Supply Chain Collaborative Innovation Matching Conference was successfully held in Tianjin. Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), was invited to attend the event and delivered a keynote speech at the main forum entitled “Prioritization of Dispute Prevention and Full-Chain Risk Control: A New Paradigm for Risk Management in International Operations”.
Mr. Jason CHIA noted that, as the internationalization of automotive industry supply chains accelerates, various risks associated with cross-border operations become intertwined and prominent. Shifting risk management from reactive response to proactive prevention and control, and establishing a new risk-control paradigm that prioritizes dispute prevention and covers the full chain of business operations, have become imperative for the steady and sustainable international development of the automotive industry. He stated that ICDPASO stands ready to leverage its platform advantages as a non-governmental international organization to provide enterprises with full-chain commercial legal services spanning prevention, mediation and arbitration, move risk prevention and control upstream, and support enterprises in their international operations through diversified dispute resolution mechanisms.
The event brought together more than 200 representatives from automotive industry associations, automotive parts enterprises, financial institutions, legal service providers, research institutes and other sectors.
