Frankfurt and Moscow, from April to May 2026 - The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Machinery Sub-council (CCPIT Machinery Sub-Council) invited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) to successfully organize a series of specialized “Expanding Overseas Markets Through Wisdom” training sessions during Hannover Messe 2026 in Germany and the Russia International Construction Equipment and Technologies Exhibition (CTT). Several ICDPASO dispute prevention experts were invited to serve as speakers, delivering professional and practical knowledge-sharing sessions on legal risk prevention and control as well as practical strategies for Chinese manufacturing enterprises expanding overseas. The sessions received widespread praise from participating exhibitors.
At the Hannover Messe training session held on April 19, ICDPASO dispute prevention expert Lawyer DUAN Chen from HENGDU Law Firm and ICDPASO dispute prevention expert Lawyer LIU Lin from Dentons’s Frankfurt office delivered presentations focusing on legal risk prevention knowledge and case analysis. The two lawyers concentrated on key topics including intellectual property protection, contract management, investment pathways, as well as procedures and dispute resolution under the Unified Patent Court in Europe. Drawing on a large number of practical cases, they provided detailed analyses of common legal risks faced by enterprises in the European market and corresponding response strategies, offering exhibitors comprehensive guidance ranging from policy assessment to practical implementation.


Subsequently, at the Russia CTT Expo training session held in Moscow on May 25, ICDPASO dispute prevention expert CHENG Wanqi, Executive Director of DHH Moscow Law Firm, and ICDPASO dispute prevention expert Dr. PENG Zeyu, Head of the China Practice at KKMP Law Firm in Russia, respectively delivered specialized presentations on legal issues concerning China-Russia trade, economic cooperation and investment, as well as practical approaches to cross-Eurasian risk prevention, control, and policy incentives. Their presentations provided professional guidance for exhibitors seeking to expand into the Russian and surrounding markets.
