Xiamen, June 8-10, 2026 - The 6th China (Xiamen) International Cross-border E-commerce Expo (ICEIE) was successfully held in Xiamen. The International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) was invited to participate in the expo.
During the expo, ICDPASO set up a commercial legal service consultation booth, providing professional consulting services for exhibitors, purchasers and visitor groups concerning cross-border compliance, international trade, foreign-related dispute resolution, and diversified dispute settlement approaches.
On June 10, at the Commercial Law Lecture hosted by CCPIT Xiamen Committee, Ms. CAO Xiaowen, Representative of the ICDPASO (Xiamen) Representative Office, systematically introduced ICDPASO’s functions and service advantages as a non-governmental international organization, with a focus on its diversified commercial dispute resolution mechanisms. She suggested that cross-border e-commerce enterprises make full use of ICDPASO’s one-stop and full-chain dispute prevention and resolution service mechanism, which features “prevention in advance, mediation prioritized and arbitration as safeguard”. This approach enables enterprises to resolve disputes efficiently while better maintaining long-term business partnerships.
Under the theme of “cross-border interconnection, goods across the world”, the expo brought together global cross-border e-commerce platforms, leading domestic industrial belts and top-tier industry resources. It served as a vital platform for enterprises to connect with global business opportunities and expand into international markets.
