Beijing, June 1, 2026 - The launch ceremony of Cultural, Sports and Entertainment Industry Arbitration Center of Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Court, together with the Legal Service Seminar on the Development of the Cultural, Sports and Entertainment Industry, was held at the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO).
Ms. CUI Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, Mr. CHEN Xiansen, Deputy Secretary of the Dongcheng District Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of District Government and District Mayor, Mr. GUO Wei, Chairman of Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Court, attended the seminar and delivered the welcome speeches. The event was moderated by Ms. JIANG Lili, Secretary-General and Member of Beijing Arbitration Commission.
With the joint witness of the participants, the Legal Services Alliance for the Development of the Cultural, Sports and Entertainment Industry was established. The funding members include Secretariat of ICDPASO, Cultural, Sports and Entertainment Industry Arbitration Center of Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Court, Beijing Entertainment Law Society, Dongcheng Lawyers Association, etc. Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of ICDPASO, attended the inauguration ceremony.
The establishment of the alliance will integrate legal service resources within the industry to build a full-chain rule of law guarantee system for the cultural, sports and entertainment industry. By building up a normalized communication platform, conducting industrial legal research, providing personalized legal services and promoting the improvement of industry rules, the alliance will provide professional, efficient and multiple legal support for the cultural, sports and entertainment industry market entities.
