Beijing, May 12, 2026 - The International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) held the 15th Meeting of the first Council in a hybrid online and offline format. The number of council member representatives present met the quorum requirements stipulated in the Charter of ICDPASO.
The meeting reviewed and approved a number of important proposals, including: the draft programme for the Second General Assembly of ICDPASO & High-Level Conference on Supply Chain Compliance and Dispute Prevention and Settlement; the admission of new members; the work report and financial report of the First Council; the Initiative on Fair Trade for Global Commercial Entities by the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (Draft); and the Revised Draft of The Charter of ICDPASO.
The meeting yielded fruitful results, marking a solid step forward for ICDPASO in improving its governance system and expanding its global service network. ICDPASO will continue to leverage its professional advantages to help maintain a fair trade order, optimize the international business environment, promote innovative development of international commercial dispute resolution mechanisms, and contribute to the steady and long-term development of global economic and trade cooperation.
