Beijing, March 13, 2026 – Ms. Lynette Mwende Ndile, Deputy Ambassador and Deputy Head of Mission of Embassy of Kenya in China, visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) to participated in the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) Kenya Economic and Trade Exchange. During the meeting, Ms. Lynette Mwende Ndile, Deputy Ambassador and Ms. YANG Zhaoying, Director of the General Affairs Department of ICDPASO, delivered speeches on Kenya's investment policies and advantageous products, as well as on how enterprises can utilize the ICDPASO platform to prevent and resolve commercial disputes.
During the meeting, Ms. Lynette Mwende Ndile, Deputy Ambassador and Deputy Head of Mission of Embassy of Kenya in China and Ms. YANG Zhaoying, Director of the General Affairs Department of ICDPASO exchanged in-depth views on strengthening China-Kenya commercial legal cooperation. The Kenyan Embassy and ICDPASO will establish a regular communication mechanism to deepen practical cooperation in areas such as case collaboration and joint activities, jointly promoting the development of commercial dispute prevention and settlement mechanisms. This initiative aims to provide more specialized and high-level legal services and support for China-Kenya economic and trade exchanges, contributing to the sustained and healthy development of bilateral economic and trade relations.
