Haikou, March 13, 2026 - The 2026 Corporate Compliance International Forum, hosted by the China Chamber of International Commerce Hainan Chamber of Commerce, successfully concluded in Haikou, Hainan. Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech.
Mr. Jason CHIA pointed out that enterprises should transform their risk management strategies, build a law and commerce integrated community with a focus on dispute prevention, and integrate compliance awareness and risk control logic into their daily operations. He emphasized that ICDPASO’s two core functions — providing one-stop dispute resolution services with a focus on prevention and participating in the formulation of international rules integrating law and commerce — can provide certainty, stability, and professional support for enterprises operating in a complex and volatile international environment. He called on the global business and legal communities to work together to build a “new global ecosystem for the integration of law and commerce”, participate in the construction of ICDPASO’s expert network, jointly advance the development of international industry standards, and improve the international commercial legal service system, safeguarding the international development of enterprises through the integration of law and commerce.
The forum brought together nearly 500 experts and enterprise representatives from sectors including finance, technology, manufacturing and legal services. The participating experts engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including “Value Creation in Corporate Compliance”, “AI Empowering Legal Compliance” and “Judicial Protection of Overseas Interests of Chinese Enterprises”.
