The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Visited ICDPASO Secretariat

Beijing, March 11, 2026 - Mr. KONG Fanguo, Head of Market Development for China at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, member of ICDPASO), visited the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) and held a meeting with Ms. YANG Zhaoying, Director of the General Affairs Department of ICDPASO. The two sides had in-depth exchanges focusing on topics such as the prevention and settlement of international commercial disputes in the construction and real estate sectors, the joint organization of training courses, and the coordination of member services.


Both parties agreed that they should leverage their respective professional strengths and member networks to further enhance practical cooperation in areas such as rules research, talent cultivation, and the development of dispute resolution mechanisms. In the future, the two sides will establish a normalized communication mechanism and carry out special projects based on the needs of members, in order to improve the level of legal protection for cross-border commercial cooperation and contribute to the building of a more stable, efficient, and trustworthy international business environment.
