Xiamen, March 2, 2026 - The “Perceiving Happiness: Tour of China’s Fujian” delegation visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office.
Mr.WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of the Xiamen Representative Office, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and provided a comprehensive introduction to ICDPASO’s establishment background, organizational positioning and resource advantages. He elaborated on ICDPASO’s dual functions of providing one-stop dispute resolution services and participating in the formulation of international rules, showcasing its professional services and the vivid practices of Xiamen in establishing a legal service cluster to optimize the business environment.
The event was attended by over 30 participants, including journalists and influencers from 9 countries such as China, the United Kingdom, France, and India. Ms. Bui Hai Mung, a Vietnamese journalist from China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration, remarked that the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District brings together diverse legal resources, providing professional support for enterprises to “go global” and “bring in”, and reflecting Xiamen’s institutional innovation and service-oriented approach in the course of opening-up and development.
