Xiamen, January 30, 2026 - A delegation from Hong Kong visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office. Delegation members included Mr. HUANG Hengde, Vice President of U&I GROUP; Ms. LAI Xiaomin, Director of the Maritime Silk Road Family Office Service Center; and Professor YUAN Liwei, Dean of the Alice Lau Tong Business and Hospitality Management School at St. Francis University (SFU) in Hong Kong, among other representatives from various sectors.
The two sides held practical and in-depth discussions on the deep integration of commercial dispute prevention mechanisms with cross-border finance, corporate governance, and the cultivation of professional talent. The talks focused on building a coordinated "prevention-governance-empowerment" service system, aiming to provide global enterprises with more systematic, professional, and forward-looking risk prevention and control support, and to contribute to their sustainable development.
