Xiamen, January 30, 2026 - a delegation led by Mr. ZHAO Jian, Deputy Director-General of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Justice, visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office, accompanied by relevant officials from the Fujian Provincial Department of Justice.
Mr. WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of the Xiamen Representative Office, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Qinghai Provincial Department of Justice. He provided a detailed introduction to the organization’s mission, regulatory framework, and service practices in promoting the prevention and resolution of commercial disputes worldwide. During the meeting, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including regional legal system development, collaboration in international commercial legal services, and the joint establishment of a law-based business environment.
