Wuhan, December 12, 2025, - Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), paid a visit to the Hubei Provincial High People’s Court and held talks with Vice President Ms. CHEN Qi.
Mr. Jason CHIA provided a systematic exposition on ICDPASO’s establishment background and organizational functions, as well as its practices in offering one-stop dispute prevention and resolution services and facilitating the integrated development of law and business. Ms. CHEN Qi provided a detailed introduction to the Court’s achievements in foreign-related commercial adjudication and the development of diversified dispute resolution mechanisms. The two sides exchanged views on optimizing non-litigation dispute resolution procedures and talent cultivation, aiming to work together to provide efficient and high-quality international commercial dispute resolution services for Hubei-based enterprises engaged in cross-border operations. This meeting has established a communication channel between ICDPASO and the judicial authorities in Hubei Province, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation and collaboration in related fields.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. YAN Kaiyuan, Chief Judge of the Third Civil Division, Mr. HOU Wei, Chief Judge of the Fourth Civil Division, Mr. MA Chunliang, Deputy Chief Judge of the Environment and Resources Division, Ms. XU Yi, Deputy Chief Judge of the Second Civil Division, and Ms. YU Jun, Deputy Chief Judge of the Fourth Civil Division of Hubei Provincial High People’s Court.
