Handan, November 20, 2025, - “Foreign-Related Commercial Law Alliance Services to Industrial Clusters (Geographical Indications Conference Special Session)”, jointly organized by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Hebei Council, Hebei Intellectual Property Protection Center, China Certification & Inspection Group Hebei Co., Ltd., CCPIT Handan Sub-council, and Handan Arbitration Commission, was successfully held in Handan, Hebei. Ms. YANG Zhaoying, Deputy Director of General Affairs Department of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), was invited to attend and deliver a speech.
Ms. YANG Zhaoying highlighted ICDPASO’s innovative practices in dispute prevention, mediation and arbitration. She noted that in an increasingly complex and volatile international environment, Chinese enterprises going global continue to face challenges arising from differing legal systems and difficulties in cross-border enforcement. To address these challenges, ICDPASO provides one-stop international commercial dispute prevention and resolution mechanism, from dispute prevention, mediation to arbitration, to help resolves conflicts in a more efficient and flexible manner, thereby offering enterprises comprehensive legal support. Moving forward, ICDPASO will continue to promote the concept of dispute prevention into industrial clusters, support enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in achieving high-quality global expansion, and contribute the strength of an international organization to the development of a new cross-border commercial framework rooted in co-consultation, co-construction and sharing benefits.
The event also featured experts in foreign-related intellectual property, international inspection and certification, and foreign-related law, who provided explanations and advisory services for enterprises. More than 120 participants, including enterprise representatives, lawyers, arbitrators, and legal scholars, attended the event.
