Singapore, October 22, 2025-Mr.Jason CHIA,Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO),visited the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore(IPOS) and held discussions with Mr. Mark Lim, the Director & Chief Legal Counsel of Hearings Mediation Department.
The two sides held in-depth and extensive exchanges on industry development trends, including preferred approaches for intellectual property dispute resolution, the integration of expert resources, and the emerging IP issues arising from the application of artificial intelligence technologies, and shared typical cases by leveraging their practical experience in alternative dispute resolution for intellectual property disputes. This meeting laid a solid foundation for future cooperation in related fields between the two parties.
