Singapore, October 22, 2025-Mr.Jason CHIA,Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), visited Ms. LIN Lin,Associate Professor, and Mr.YOU Chuanman,Adjunct Assistant Professor from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS). The two sides engaged in extensive discussions on cutting-edge academic issues, legal education, and professional training.
In particular, both sides conducted communication on topics such as the systematic development of arbitration and dispute resolution courses, the upgrading and optimization of course content related to Asian legal systems, and models for customized practical legal training. They also explored new approaches to aligning legal research, education with industry needs, as well as innovative pathways for talent cultivation.
