第二届“一带一路”商事法律(黄河)论坛 在兰州成功举办

       2021年7月8日下午,第二届“一带一路”商事法律(黄河)论坛(下称“论坛”)在兰州成功举办,国际商事争端预防与解决组织作为特别支持单位,对本次论坛各项工作高度重视、精心组织,为论坛成功召开做出积极贡献。

       本次论坛聚焦国际经贸格局变革和全球产业链调整、新格局下国际经贸规则变化与应对,分析机遇挑战、理论与实务、作用和影响,研讨优化国际营商环境新措施,分享国际商事风险防范与争端预防新理念、新途径、新成果,对于保护企业合法权益,健全涉外法律服务制度和机制,推动“一带一路”商事法律体系构建,建设公平、透明的法制化营商环境意义重大。

国际商事争端预防与解决组织名誉理事长张月姣、咨询委员会成员单位亚洲ADR研究院主席Sundra Rajoo (桑德拉·拉朱)、全球贸协前总干事Christian Ewert (艾伟德)以视频形式围绕论坛主题发表演讲。ICDPASO会员单位欧盟联合创新中心创始人、前比利时驻华大使Patrick Nijs(奈斯)、咨询委员会成员单位北京理工大学法学院院长李寿平出席论坛并发表演讲。

       本次论坛还邀请了联合国工业发展组织原办公厅主任王世春、中国驻马来西亚原特命全权大使黄惠康、新加坡驻华使馆参赞郭雪婷、中国海事仲裁委员会副主任李虎、甘肃省嘉峪关市副市长徐金丽、中国有色矿业集团有限公司总法律顾问张向南、大成律师事务所高级合伙人蔡开明等知名专家,围绕“积极应对全球变局,合作建设美好未来”、“国际化、法制化营商环境构建”等多个主题发表见解,分享经验。

       中国国际贸易促进委员会卢鹏起副会长、甘肃省人民政府何伟副省长出席本次论坛并致辞。“一带一路”沿线15个国家和地区的法律学者和国内知名涉外法律专家,以及商界、司法、仲裁、律师、高校、企业等各行各业嘉宾约200人出席本次会议。国际商事争端预防与解决组织将以此次论坛为基础,积极探索多元化商事争端预防与解决方式,搭建中外法律服务交流平台,为推动构建“一带一路”商事法律体系,促进国际法治营商环境发展贡献力量。


The 2nd Belt and Road Commercial Law (The Yellow River) Forum Was Successfully held in Lanzhou


On July 8, 2021, the 2nd Belt and Road Commercial Law (The Yellow River) Forum was successfully held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province of China. As the special support organization, International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) attached great importance to the preparation work, meticulously organized the Forum and made positive contributions to its success.

Focused on the change of international economic and trade pattern and the adjustment of global industrial chain, the response of the variation of international economic and trade rules, the Forum analyzed opportunities and challenges, theories and practices, functions and impacts of related issues, discussed new measures to optimize the international business environment, and shared new ideas, approaches and achievements in international commercial disputes prevention and settlement, which are of great significance to the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, improving the mechanism of foreign legal services, promoting the construction of BRI commercial legal system, and building a fair and transparent legal business environment. 


ZHANG Yuejiao, Honorary Chair of ICDPASO, Sundra Rajoo, President of Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (member of ICDPASO Advisory Committee), Christian Ewert, former President of amfori (member of ICDPASO Advisory Committee) delivered speeches around the theme of the Forum in form of video. Former Belgian ambassador to China Patrick Nijs, who is the co-founder of EU-China Joint Innovation Center (member of ICDPASO) , LI Shouping, Dean of School of Law of Beijing Institute of Technology (member of ICDPASO Advisory Committee) attended the Forum and made speeches. 


WANG Shichun, former Chief of Cabinet of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, HUANG Huikang, former Ambassador Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of China to Malaysia, QUEK Shei Ting, Counselor of Singapore Embassy in China, LI Hu, Vice Chairman of China Maritime Arbitration Commission, XU Jinli, Vice Major of Jiayuguan City in Gansu Province, ZHANG Xiangnan, General Counsel of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co. Ltd, CAI Kaiming, Senior Partner of Dentons law firm and several experts also attended the Forum and delivered speeches on the topics including Respond to Global Changes and Cooperation on Shaping the Future, Construction of International and Law-Based Business Environment, etc. 


LU Pengqi, Vice Chairman of CCPIT, and HE Wei, Vice Governor of People’s Government of Gansu Province, attended the Forum and delivered speeches. The Forum pooled approximately 200 renowned domestic experts in laws and guests in business, judicial, arbitration, lawyers, universities, enterprises and other industries among 15 countries along the Belt and Road. Based on this Forum, ICDPASO will continue to actively explore ways to prevent and resolve diversified commercial disputes, and build a platform for the exchange of legal services between China and the world, so as to devote to the development of the BRI commercial legal system and optimize the international rule of law business environment.
