六年来，我们坚守商事争端预防优先、多元化解的初心，搭建全球商事争端服务平台，联通各国工商主体、法律服务机构与争议解决专业力量，持续完善争端预防机制，推广友好高效的多元化争议解决方式，助力全球经贸行稳致远。感谢每一位会员、合作伙伴与专家同仁的信任与同行。

Today, the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) celebrates its 6th anniversary.
Over the past six years, we have remained committed to our founding mission of prioritizing dispute prevention and pursuing diversified dispute resolution. We have built a global service platform for commercial disputes, connecting business entities, legal service institutions and dispute resolution professionals across countries. We keep refining dispute prevention mechanisms, promoting amicable and efficient diversified dispute resolution methods, and supporting the steady and sound development of global economic and trade activities. We are grateful for the trust and companionship of all members, partners and expert colleagues.

01 搭建全球会员合作网络
A truly international constituency
ICDPASO由创立之初45家会员单位增至57家会员单位，地理范围覆盖亚洲、欧洲、非洲、北美洲、南美洲等100余个国别和地区，是全球工商界共商共建共享的非政府间平台。
From 45 founding members to 57 member institutions today, ICDPASO's network now spans more than 100 countries and regions across Asia, Europe, Africa, North America and South America，becoming a shared, non-governmental platform built, governed and used by the global business community.
02 构建一站式争端预防与解决机制
Operationalizing dispute prevention as a standard feature of cross-border commerce.
不同于单纯在"纠纷发生之后"解决争议，ICDPASO把服务前移：法律查明、合规管理、尽职调查、中立评估等，让风险止于签约之前，让分歧止于升级之前。在此基础上，ICDPASO构建以争端预防为先导的一站式争端预防与解决机制，为跨境商事活动提供贯穿交易全生命周期的一站式解决方案。核心目标很直接：让风险止于签约之前，让分歧止于升级之前。Rather than merely resolving disputes "after they occur," ICDPASO shifts its services forward: legal research, compliance management, due diligence, early neutral evaluation, etc., keeping risks at bay before contracts are signed and stopping disagreements before escalation. Building on this, ICDPASO has established a one-stop dispute prevention and resolution mechanism with prevention as the priority, providing a full-lifecycle, one-stop solution for cross-border commercial activities.
The core objective is straightforward: to prevent risks before contracts are signed, and to stop disagreements from escalating.

六年来，通过争端预防、调解、仲裁等多元争议解决机制，ICDPASO 已协助处理 300 余起国际商事纠纷，案件覆盖货物贸易、工程承包、航运物流、跨境电商、先进制造等领域。当事人正逐步形成一项共识：ICDPASO 兼具专业水准与中立立场。
Since 2020, ICDPASO mechanisms have helped prevent, mediate or resolve nearly 300 international disputes—covering trade, engineering, shipping, cross-border e-commerce, manufacturing matters. Parties are reaching a shared consensus: professionalism, neutrality.

Rules written for how global business actually works
ICDPASO先后发布商事调解、商事仲裁、投资仲裁规则，并配套商事调解、仲裁、投资争端仲裁示范条款。
ICDPASO has issued its rules on commercial mediation, commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, with accompanying model clauses for commercial mediation, arbitration and investment arbitration.
各项规则立足回应企业诉求——控成本、提效率、尊重当事人意思自治、优先促成缓和而非对抗。
These instruments are designed around what companies actually need: cost control, procedural agility, party autonomy and de-escalation.

A worldwide legal-business network
组织持续联动各国商协会、法律服务机构、高校智库等开展合作交流，深度参与B20、UNCITRAL、ISO等国际机制下的规则对话。
ICDPASO continuously engages with chambers of commerce, legal service institutions, universities and think tanks worldwide for cooperation and exchanges, and takes an active part in rule dialogues under international frameworks including B20, UNCITRAL and ISO.
建立调解员、仲裁员名册，筹备建立争端预防专家名册，为跨境商事争端的预防与化解提供国际化专业人才支撑。
ICDPASO has built panels of mediators and arbitrators, and is developing a panel of dispute prevention specialists, to provide international expertise for preventing and resolving cross-border commercial disputes.

六周年是节点，更是新起点。面向未来，ICDPASO将继续深耕三大方向：
The sixth anniversary marks a milestone and a new starting point.Moving forward, ICDPASO will continue to advance work in three key areas:
🔹 扩大全球会员网络，提升平台国际覆盖面；
Expand the global membership network, enhance the international reach of the Platform;
🔹 强化争端预防产品建设，推出更多面向企业的跨境合规、风险防控实务工具；
Strengthen the development of dispute prevention products, and roll out more practical tools for cross-border compliance and risk control for enterprises;
🔹 持续举办高水平国际法治交流活动，深度参与国际商事规则研讨，凝聚行业共识，推广多元商事争议解决最佳实践。
Hold high-level international rule-of-law events, engage in in-depth discussions on international commercial rules, build consensus across sectors, and promote best practices for the amicable resolution of commercial disputes.
