On September 15, 2026, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) will host the 2026 Global Business and Law Conference in Haikou, Hainan, China. Through three sessions of practice and refinement, the Conference has established itself as a vital platform that brings together the wisdom and strength of the global business and legal communities, promotes the development of foreign-related rule of law, and supports high-level opening-up. Under the theme "Empowering the Integration of Law and Business through Digital Intelligence, Safeguarding Institutional Opening-up under the Rule of Law," the Conference focuses on three key concepts—Integration, Digital Intelligence, and Opening-up. It will bring together leaders from international organizations such as the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), along with representatives from the business and legal sectors both at home and abroad. In-depth dialogues will be held on cutting-edge topics including technological innovation, diversified dispute resolution, and intellectual property protection.
